ERPLax operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, and most services involve setup, configuration, infrastructure allocation, and technical effort.

Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

03 Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • One-time setup fees
  • Implementation or onboarding charges
  • Customization and development work
  • Integration setup (API, third-party services, etc.)
  • Data migration services
  • Training and consultation fees
  • Subscription fees already billed or used

Once these services are initiated or completed, no refund will be provided.

04 Subscription & Recurring Payments

  • Once a billing cycle has started, the amount is non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage, unused time, or early cancellation

Users can cancel future billing to avoid further charges.

05 Exceptional Refund Cases

  • Payment processed but service not provisioned

  • SMS / WhatsApp providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • API services

Any costs incurred through these services are non-refundable, even if the ERPLax subscription is cancelled.

08 Service Suspension or Termination

No refund will be provided if services are suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Non-payment
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Security concerns

09 Data & Service Usage Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Proper use of the platform
  • Reviewing features before purchase
  • Ensuring the service meets their requirements

No refund will be provided based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Business decisions
